What I Do
1:1 Coaching in Person
During my 1:1 sessions, I create a nurturing and relaxed environment where children feel safe and supported. I incorporate activities such as boxing, cooking, tennis, walks, and playing with LEGO, alongside mindset exercises tailored to each child's unique needs. Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and bespoke coaching methods, I ensure each session evolves with the child and involves collaboration with parents. This dynamic and holistic approach fosters growth, builds self-confidence, and equips children with the resilience to navigate challenges with clarity and self-assurance.
1:1 Coaching Online
In my 1:1 online sessions, I create a welcoming and supportive virtual space where children feel at ease and engaged. I incorporate interactive activities such as online games and lively tasks like scavenger hunts, paired with mindset exercises that are customised to each child's specific needs. Drawing from techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and tailored coaching strategies, I adapt each session as the child grows, with input from parents. This adaptable and comprehensive approach helps children build self-confidence, develop resilience, and approach challenges with clarity and assurance.
Mindset Warrior Academy - Online Group Coaching
In my group online programme, Mindset Warrior Academy, I create a supportive and interactive virtual environment where children feel motivated and connected. The programme incorporates engaging activities such as group games, along with mindset exercises designed to foster personal growth and teamwork. Activities are adjusted to be effective in a group setting, while ensuring any personal challenges or difficulties are handled privately. The curriculum covers essential topics including target setting, ways to deal with worry and anxiety, and emotional awareness. As a more affordable option for families, the sessions are structured to adapt to the needs of the group while encouraging individual participation. This comprehensive approach helps children build confidence, resilience, and the skills to approach challenges with clarity and a strong sense of self.
